We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate to expand our client base and partnerships across healthcare, skilled trades, and technical sectors. You’ll work closely with the senior management team to identify leads, build long-term relationships, and support business growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and pursue new business opportunities across assigned industries
  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships through outreach and follow-ups
  • Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and partnership documents

CAD/CAM Engineer

The CAD/CAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and tool paths for precision machining. You’ll translate design concepts into production-ready digital models and collaborate with production teams to ensure efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify 2D/3D models using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, etc.)

  • Program CNC machines and optimize tool paths for accuracy and productivity

Qualifications:

Tool & Die Maker

We’re hiring skilled Tool & Die Makers to produce, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with machining and assembly.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair dies, jigs, and fixtures using manual and CNC machines

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

  • Inspect and test completed tools for accuracy and performance

  • Maintain tooling equipment and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are met

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling designs

Qualifications:

  • Trade certification or Red Seal in Tool & Die Making preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment

  • Proficient with lathes, mills, grinders, and measuring instruments

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and quality focus

CNC Programmer

The CNC Programmer will develop, test, and implement CNC programs for milling, turning, and other precision machining processes. You’ll work with engineering teams to ensure efficient production and meet tight tolerances.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar software
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on materials and design
  • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues during setup and production
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to enhance productivity and quality
  • Maintain and update documentation for programs and process changes

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in CNC Programming, Mechanical Technology, or related field

  • Proven experience in programming multi-axis CNC machines

International Admissions & Partner Executive

We’re seeking an International Admissions & Partner Executive to manage student recruitment, partner relations, and admission processes for international markets. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and cross-cultural skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct First-Off, In-Process, and Final Inspections on precision components 
  • Verify parts and assemblies against engineering drawings and quality specifications 
  • Perform process and dock audits to ensure production accuracy and consistency 
  • Document and report deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions 
  • Maintain inspection records and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a manufacturing quality role 
  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T symbols 
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and basic inspection tools or gauges 
  • High school degree required; post-secondary or technical certification is an asset
